Our library doesn't allow installs of any kind on the computers, therefore chatting isn't really availabel to our patrons unless they're on MySpace or similar. This will give them another option, especially our adult patrons who aren't interested in MySpace accounts. I also like how easy it is to use, less instruction time on my part. Thanks for the review!
