Our library doesn&#039;t allow installs of any kind on the computers, therefore chatting isn&#039;t really availabel to our patrons unless they&#039;re on MySpace or similar. This will give them another option, especially our adult patrons who aren&#039;t interested in MySpace accounts. I also like how easy it is to use, less instruction time on my part. Thanks for the review!</description>
